The G5 Helpdesk was launched in 2009 as a formal division of our Services team. Its mission is to help our customers over the phone or via a live remote login session to resolve issues faster than dispatching an onsite field technician.
To receive assistance from the G5 Helpdesk, please call us to place a service call on your equipment. Our Helpdesk technician will call you and determine whether or not access to your system is needed to troubleshoot your concern. If we need access to your system, our technician will give you a 6-digit code that you can enter below to allow our technician further access into your system.
